Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can forward mails from one electronic mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
